We have a winner! … plus The Welsh Healer for $2.99! (Kindle edition)

historyhopicon2copyThe Hearts Through History Blog Hop has officially ended, and we have a winner! Congratulations, Ellen! I will get your book to you as quickly as possible. Check your email!

Unfortunately, the price on El Rey has already gone back up to its regular $5.99. Of course my main objective in writing is to have people read my books, so in that spirit, I have decided to lower the price of The Welsh Healer by 25%! You will be able to pick up this highly-rated novel for just $2.99 from now until February 24th. For your convenience, I have posted my most recent review below. It is from Jeanne Jindra, who is of Welsh ancestry and the Director of the Madog Center for Welsh Studies at the University of Rio Grande.

This review is from: The Welsh Healer: A Novel of 15th Century England (Kindle Edition)

I read this book over the holidays and have to say I could not put it down. Ginger Myrick has really done extensive research into the Welsh history and culture and it comes through in the details of the book. The story flows along and the characters are rich and authentic. Not too often do I admit to not being able to stop reading a book and then being disappointed when I finished it. I plan to read it again soon to pick up details I missed the first time. This is a beautifully written book and I highly recommend it.

About Ginger Myrick

Winner of the Rosetta Literary Contest 2012, Ginger Myrick was born and raised in Southern California. She is a self-described wife, mother, animal lover, and avid reader and knitter. Along with the promotion for THE WELSH HEALER, and EL REY, she is currently crafting her third novel, which takes place in post-Civil War New York. She is a Christian who writes meticulously researched historical fiction with a ‘clean’ love story at the core. She hopes to persevere with her newfound talent and show the reading community that a romance need not include graphic details to convey deep love and passion. Ginger is also a regular contributor at Unusual Historicals and a reviewer for the Romantic Historical Fiction Lovers Blog. If you have any questions or comments about any part of her writing, she would love to hear from you!
